Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above US$110.
In USA and CANADA, we offer free shipping on all orders above US$55.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the location of delivery.
Ethnic Closet is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed.
Customers are requested to provide accurate ZIP code (postal code), address, area name so that there are no delays in delivery.
For international customers, the VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on the local governing policies. These VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order.

Shipping Methods and Tracking:

Our delivery partners include DHL and USPS. Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number through email.

Only for the USA(Tracking information to the USPS label customers): We ship the orders from India through DHL couriers to USPS. Please note it takes 3 to 5 working days for the package to reach the USPS warehouse, only after which you will be able to track the order through the USPS tracking number.

We directly ship the orders through DHL to all other countries.

For both cases, the tracking number will be sent in the shipping email.

Missing or lost packages:

Please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. A carrier keeps a package delivered prematurely in most cases, and the package will arrive within 48 hours.
In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbour or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbours if they have seen the package before contacting customer service.
